ICT Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo, Bungoma Governor Ken Lusaka and Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii Friday jointly cleared Ksh 56,000 Fee arrears for Ken Kipkemoi ,A 2nd year Chemical Engineering Student from the Eldoret National Polytechnic, festooned with yellow Colors during the Launch of the Jitume Digital Youth Empowerment Center in Eldoret .
