Absa Bank Kenya on Friday hosted a Business Club Forum in Eldoret, bringing together entrepreneurs, industry experts, and key stakeholders to discuss strategies for building resilience in business communities during uncertain times.
The Eldoret event marked the conclusion of a week-long series of activities held across the region, including forums in Kitale, Naivasha, Gilgil, Kapsabet, and Nakuru. These engagements aimed to empower Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through networking opportunities and discussions with industry leaders, equipping them with tools to thrive and grow.
Speaking at the forum, Uasin Gishu County Governor H.E. Dr. Jonathan Bii commended Absa Bank for its commitment to supporting local businesses.
“Today’s conversation under the theme of ‘Building Resilience for Business Continuity in Times of Uncertainty’ underscores the importance of resilience in today’s challenging environment. Absa’s presence in our new city is timely as we work to strengthen structures and support businesses amid prevailing uncertainties,” said Governor Bii.
