“Soon the Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii will officially launch the livelihood support program for the reformed brewers , the governor is keen to see continued livelihood support to families that largely depended on the sale of illicit brews in the various parts of the county,” Said Maiyo.
My department is focusing on rescuing and rehabilitating those who have been engaged in the illegal brew after destroying the businesses they have been depending on –this will ensure that the fight against illicit brew is sustainable. Added Maiyo.
