According to the Court  Ruling the Following Members  should  have been nominated to represent special Interest Groups-

Marginalized:Makhaya Abdullah Imbezi(male)Not Wachira James Maina

Marginalized:Ndalut Winnie Jeruto(female)not Tirop Belinda Chebichi

Ethnic Minority:Lagat Robert and not Waiganjo David Waweru

PWD’SKering Robert kiptanui(male)and Chumba Reginah Chepkemoi (female)
