Despite the pending court cases, the Barsuliet Karnet gang continues to instill fear and wreak havoc  among Eldoret Traders. It remains unclear why the suspects were returned to Eldoret Central Police cells instead of being transferred to Eldoret GK Remand Prison following bail terms clarification.

Additionally, questions arise regarding potential interference in the ongoing cases at the Eldoret Law Courts  especially considering the  representation of the Barsuliek  Karnet gang by the legal advisor to Uasin Gishu Governor Bii.
