Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has written an emotional goodbye letter to the fans before departing his position at the Santiago Bernabéu.

In an open letter before his final match at the iconic stadium this week, Ancelotti reflected on his tenure as manager, describing it as an experience he will always remember.

“Today we say goodbye again,” he wrote. “I’ll keep every moment of this fantastic period as Real Madrid coach in my heart.”

The Italian manager had a successful second stint with Real Madrid, with both domestic and European triumphs, and thanked everyone who made his stay at the club memorable.

“It’s been an incredible year, full of emotions, titles, and pride in representing this club,” he added.

Ancelotti also expressed his gratitude to club president Florentino Pérez, the players, his staff, and the passionate Real Madrid fans.

“Thanks to president Florentino Pérez, to my players, my staff, and above all to the fans who have always made me feel like one of them,” he stated.

During his time with the club, Ancelotti brought many titles to the already glory-laden club history and was a fan favorite. His captaincy was praised by individuals for the way the team played and the fighting spirit they showed.

“What we have done together will remain in the hearts of Madridismo… not only for the victories, but for the way we achieved those triumphs. The magical nights in the Bernabéu now belong to the history of football,” he stated.

Although Ancelotti did not reveal what is next for him, he hinted at new projects but assured fans that his bond with the club will never be broken.

A new chapter is opened, but my relationship with Real Madrid is eternally. Until soon, Madridistas!

He concluded with the historic chant: “¡Hala Madrid y nada más!” Ancelotti’s exit brings to a close a remarkable chapter in the club’s life.
