Barcelona have made direct contact to explore a move for highly-rated Swedish winger Roony Bardghji.
The 19-year-old talent, currently playing for FC Copenhagen, is expected to leave the Danish side this summer, attracting strong interest across Europe.
FC Porto have already submitted a proposal, but Barcelona have now officially entered the race, eager to secure Bardghji as a long-term attacking option.
Sources close to the club reveal that Barcelona have initiated talks to understand the terms of a possible deal, including transfer fees and player expectations.
The club sees Bardghji as a promising addition for the future, with a potential to grow into a key player at the Camp Nou.
However, the primary focus remains on finalizing an agreement with Athletic Club for midfielder Nico González, who is considered a crucial part of Xavi’s midfield rebuild.
Only after wrapping up the Nico deal will Barcelona turn their full attention to additional reinforcements, with Bardghji topping that list.
