Barcelona have made direct contact to explore a move for highly-rated Swedish winger Roony Bardghji.
The 19-year-old talent, currently playing for FC Copenhagen, is expected to leave the Danish side this summer, attracting strong interest across Europe.
FC Porto have already submitted a proposal, but Barcelona have now officially entered the race, eager to secure Bardghji as a long-term attacking option.
Sources close to the club reveal that Barcelona have initiated talks to understand the terms of a possible deal, including transfer fees and player expectations.
The club sees Bardghji as a promising addition for the future, with a potential to grow into a key player at the Camp Nou.
However, the primary focus remains on finalizing an agreement with Athletic Club for midfielder Nico González, who is considered a crucial part of Xavi’s midfield rebuild.
Only after wrapping up the Nico deal will Barcelona turn their full attention to additional reinforcements, with Bardghji topping that list.
Bardghji has made a name for himself with his flair, pace, and eye for goal, making him one of Europe’s most exciting young prospects.
With the club aiming to blend youth with experience, his profile fits perfectly into Barcelona’s long-term vision.
While no formal offer has been made yet, Barcelona’s interest signals serious intent to stay ahead in the competition for top young talent.
