The middle-aged perpetrator, found in possession of a pilfered water well pump valued at Ksh 60,000, had absconded with the stolen item under the cover of darkness from a homestead in Jirongo village two weeks prior. Despite the diligent efforts of law enforcement, the elusive thief had managed to evade capture, leaving the frustrated homestead owner, Morris Mulonga, seeking alternative means for justice.
In a desperate turn of events, Morris and his family enlisted the services of Dr. Paul Waswa, a native doctor renowned for his mystical expertise. Dr. Waswa, employing ancient arts, successfully harnessed the powers of black magic to trace the elusive wrongdoer.
