The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP), under the leadership of Renson M. Ingonga, continues to stand out as a strong institution anchored on prosecutorial excellence, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to upholding the rule of law in Kenya.
The Director of Public Prosecutions launched the Counter Terrorism and Counter Financing of Terrorism Prosecution Curriculum to demonstrate how the Office builds its capacity through modern prosecutorial methods. The curriculum teaches prosecutors and law enforcement officers the required skills for proper terrorism prosecution and related offences enforcement.
The ODPP demonstrates its transformation through his statements which show how the organization currently uses professionalism and specialized training and evidence-based prosecution to tackle complex crimes such as terrorism and transnational organized crime and financial offences.
