This is what happened to Citizen Tv’s camera lady who caught the eye of the President’s Mother!

21 year old Zipora Achieng with President Ruto's Mother Sarah Cheruiyot
It was a rare opportunity for a 21 year old Camera Lady, Zipora Achieng, to have caught the eye of President William Ruto’s Mother Sarah Cheruiyot at an event held in Eldoret Uasin Gishu County.
Dressed in a grey bodycon dress,Achieng brazed many hours standing amid a battery of male Journalists covering the event where over 505 families including Mrs Sarah Cheruiyot were issued with title deeds under the National land Titling program.
Mrs Sarah Ruto who had been calm and collected for hours slowly and steadily walked over to where Achieng was firmly holding a Sony XD camera and with a motherly love wrapped a checked blue Masai fleece blanket to cover the protruding contours of her body.
Realizing that her bodycon dress could have caused undesired attention ,Achieng who has a sleek and sharp fashion design quickly left the event and shortly returned back dressed in a smart blue suit.
As a sign of remorse Achieng headed to Mrs Sarah who embraced her with a beautiful bold deep smile.
Mrs Sarah who addressed the congregation in Kalenjin dialect observed it was out of love she had wrapped Achieng with a beautiful African Blanket symbolizing her blessings to her,
“I did that to bless her,I pondered with the bodycon dress she may have had a lot of difficulties to pick anything from the ground and so the wrapper could have helped her a great deal,She laughed”
Zipora Achieng the Only lady cameraperson within Uasin Gishu County is apologetic she had such an encounter with the prominent Mrs Sarah but happy to have shared a light moment with her and even exchanged pleasantries .
“I am not yet employed, just a few months into my career and I realize there is so much to learn , I am humbled by Mama Sarah’s motherly reproach that has taught me a great lesson and as young female journalist I hope to interact with her often” She opined.
