Eldoret: Tension as an inmate is purportedly killed by a prison warden!

Inmates at the Eldoret GK Prison are said to be on a go slow protesting the death of one of their own who died in unclear circumstances.
The Inmates who have since refused to take any meals at the Correction facility claim Oliver Ochieng was brutally assaulted on Saturday by one of the prison wardens in what is suspected to have caused his death.
Ochieng is said to have defied one of the directives from a prison warder and instead headed towards the prison’s compound to pray ,a move that angered the prison warders in charge.
According to an Inmate who spoke to Hubzmedia on condition of anonymity ,Ochieng was a reformed God fearing and obedient inmate who did not deserve to be killed

Ochieng’s postmortem is expected to take place on Tuesday at the Moi Teaching and referral hospital mortuary to establish the cause of his death.
