Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos Ogamba has issued a directive requiring all school heads to release academic certificates for students who have not yet received them due to unpaid school fees.

The directive comes with a stern warning that failure to comply will result in legal and administrative action. Speaking at the Thanksgiving ceremony for AIC Chebisas Boys National School, Ogamba stressed that every child is entitled to an equal opportunity to pursue further education and that withholding certificates on financial grounds unfairly disadvantages students.
