Barcelona secured their first Champions League semi-final berth in six years, overcoming a 3-1 loss to Borussia Dortmund to advance with a 5-3 aggregate victory.

The five-time European champions showcased resilience, weathering a stunning hat-trick from Dortmund’s Serhou Guirassy that marked Barcelona’s first defeat across all competitions this year.

The match at Signal Iduna Park was a thrilling encounter, with Dortmund pushing hard to overturn the two-goal deficit from the first leg. Guirassy’s clinical finishing gave the hosts hope, but Barcelona’s disciplined performance and earlier 4-1 advantage in the first leg proved insurmountable.
