A family at loss as son studying in Canada dies mysteriously!

A family in Kenya is in pain following the unfortunate death of their son Brian Kiprop who was pursuing a degree in Information Communication Technology (IT) at Winnipeg University, Manitoba in Canada.
Brian’s decomposing body was found floating in a river in Canada, preliminary reports indicate he was suffering from psychological torture before his death.
“When I communicated with him two weeks ago I sensed that he was mentally disturbed as he told me that he wanted to be deported back immediately,” said Hellen Limo, her mother .
Ms Limo recalls that she communicated with her son two weeks ago when he was asking for 300 USD to purchase a mobile phone after his mobile phone soaked in water.
“The last time I communicated with him was nearly two weeks ago when he was asking for 300 dollars to purchase a new phone after his phone got soaked in water,” said Ms Limo.
Speaking to Hubzmedia journalists at their Sogomo home Chepkoilel ,Eldoret town Ms Limo noted that the family was yet to come to terms with the death of their son .
The Former Segero Adventist high school student had declined an offer to study at Kisii University after securing an admission at the International University.
The family was informed through a text message that Brian’s decomposing body was found on 17th July.
The family awaits a comprehensive report about Brian’s death from the Canadian police.
The family is now fundraising close to Ksh2.5M to ferry his remains back home .
