Pool B delivered a thrilling encounter as Moi’s Bridge edged out Chebisaas with a 2-1 victory. That win places Moi’s Bridge in a strong position as they prepare to take on Simat in their next group match. With the pressure mounting, Chebisaas will need to bounce back quickly to stay in contention.
Pool C remains wide open after Wareng drew 1-1 with RCEA Kuinet. Wareng, determined to claim the top spot, now face University of Eldoret (UOE) in what promises to be a decisive battle for group supremacy.
In Pool D, Moi Chuiyat made a powerful statement with a dominant 3-0 win over Cheptigit. Their next challenge will be against Paul Boit, with a win likely to secure them a place in the knockout stage. Meanwhile, Cheptigit will need to regroup quickly as they aim to recover in the remaining fixtures.
Off the pitch, the tournament saw its first major controversy. Concord Secondary was officially disqualified for fielding an ineligible player. As a result, Cheptigit Secondary has been drafted in to replace them in Pool D, altering the competition landscape.
