Arsenal fans can look forward to the imminent return of Bukayo Saka to the pitch, as the star winger has returned to full training and is primed to feature in their upcoming match against Fulham.

Manager Mikel Arteta confirmed the exciting news in a recent press conference, praising Saka’s determination to get back into action.

“Bukayo is good to go! He can already start against Fulham,” Arteta said. “We’ll see how things go tomorrow, but all the careful steps have been taken. It’s about finding the right moment to put him back on the grass. He’s pushing hard, and he really wants it.”

While Saka’s return to the field is a cause for celebration, there are also ongoing talks regarding his future at Arsenal.

Although his current contract runs until June 2027, the club and Saka’s representatives are expected to engage in discussions over a new long-term deal.

This reflects both Saka’s growing importance to the team and Arsenal’s desire to secure his services for the foreseeable future.

Director Andrea Berta, recently appointed to the club, will oversee these negotiations. However, sources indicate there’s no immediate rush to finalize the deal.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have reportedly entered the race to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers’ standout forward, Matheus Cunha, adding another layer of intrigue to the club’s transfer strategy.

Arsenal now face competition for the Brazilian’s signature, with additional details yet to emerge.

This could be another key move for the Gunners as they continue to strengthen their squad in pursuit of silverware.

In other news, Arteta provided an update on another Arsenal player, Riccardo Calafiori, who recently picked up an injury while on international duty.

“Unfortunately, Riccardo picked up an injury with the national team, but it wasn’t much worse than we initially feared,” Arteta explained. “We hope it will be a matter of weeks before he’s back on track.”

On the leadership front, Arteta expressed enthusiasm about Andrea Berta’s appointment as Arsenal’s new director.

“From the very first conversation, his words were clear: winning, improving, demanding,” Arteta shared. “His drive and will to win are contagious, and he will help us a lot moving forward.”

With Saka back in training, transfer talks heating up, and a renewed sense of ambition under Berta’s leadership, it seems Arsenal are poised for an exciting finish to the season.
