Fiji and Samoa make their way into the WXV after the finals
Samoa wins against Fiji in their final match of the Oceania Rugby Women’s Championship in Australia to secure a place in the newly launched Women’s Rugby WXV second tier.
The Fijiana, who finished second in the Championship tournament, have also made it to the Women’s Rugby WXV third tier.
The two teams demonstrated a 100 percent stat in their matches as Samoa won their Open Match day two 83-0 against Papua-New Guinea despite playing a 14 to 15 man after Ragila Wilfred was sent off for a dangerous tackle at the 11th minute.
Fiji also won their match against Tonga with a 45-12 making them qualify for the finals against Samoa.
Samoa have finished first in the tournament and are heading for the 2nd tier where as Fiji will be heading for the third tier for finishing second.
