In a recent visit to Cheboin and Muiyengwet health facilities in Tembelio Ward, Moiben Sub County, Dr Abraham Serem, Uasin Gishu County Health Services County Executive Committee Member, emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction in the delivery of quality and effective healthcare services.
He noted that customer satisfaction is a key component of improving the well-being of individuals and communities, as it encourages patients to continue seeking medical care when needed.
Dr Serem also highlighted the benefits of a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery, which involves working together with the community to ensure that their needs are taken into consideration. He urged healthcare providers to have “clients in their hearts” by putting the needs and concerns of patients at the forefront of decision-making and treating them with empathy, respect, and dignity.
