Narok Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu was ranked the best overall, followed by Homa Bay’s Gladys Wanga. Jonathan Bii, Nyamira’s Amos Nyaribo, and Mandera’s Mohamed Adan Khalif were also recognized.

Embakasi East MP Babu Owino was named the Best MP, with Mavoko MP Patrick Makau taking third place. Lang’ata MP Phelix Odiwour (Jalang’o) ranked fourth in Nairobi and 17th nationally, expressing his determination to improve his ranking next time.
Top-Performing Senators and Cabinet Secretaries Recognized
Kisumu Senator Tom Ojienda was crowned Best Senator, followed by Eddie Oketch (Migori) and Richard Onyonka (Kisii). In the Cabinet, Energy CS James Opiyo Wandayi emerged as the Best CS, with Rebecca Miano (Tourism) and Alex Wachira following closely.
