Could Former UDA woman rep aspirant Kate Kirui be headed to the Uasin Gishu Aassembly?

Former UDA Woman Representative aspirant Catherine Kubania Ntinyari (kate  Kirui) could be headed to the Uasin Gishu County assembly following  an Eldoret  Court  Ruling On Wednesday  that   Nullified the Nomination of  11 Members of the Uasin Gishu County Assembly.

Eldoret Chief  Magistrate Dennis Mikoyan Ruled that the original List gazetted on 27^Th of  July ought to have been used after  the  Political parties Tribunal rejected an amended list gazetted on 28^th of  August  2022.

Kate Kirui a first time politician is an Eldoret based Business lady who has  ventured into the baking and Pastry.

Former Moiben  MCA Ting Tirus Kipyego could also see  a comeback into the Assembly  if Mikoyans  Ruling is upheld.

Mikoyans Ruling follows a petition filed by Celestine Mutai and Robert Kiptanui and a section of the Uasin Gishu Civil Society
