The Chairman of the Kenya Youth Organisation Stephen K. Tanui achieved a new tree-hugging record which surpassed the previous mark of 86 hours through his dedication to endurance testing with his performance in Ziwa Soy Constituency Uasin Gishu County.

The record-breaking attempt attracted significant attention from local residents and authorities and tested both Tanui’s physical strength and mental endurance. He attributed his success to divine protection and the unwavering support of friends’ well-wishers and community members who continuously assisted him throughout the entire challenge.

Tanui expressed gratitude to the people of Ziwa Ziwa Hospital Ziwa Police Station Team Chepkumiat and Ziwa Administration through the Chief’s office by stating that he could not have accomplished the task without their continuous support through prayers and visits and encouragement. The local community showed unity through their actions according to him who anticipated returning to the area in his future visit.

He continued his work to develop ethical leadership through youth mentorship programs while training future leaders in necessary leadership skills and values. The speaker outlined educational and social development challenges boys face which need immediate attention through enhanced mentorship programs and improved boys’ education and welfare services.
