MTRH waives Mortuary fee for stranded family who lost their 6 Months Old baby

The Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital has credited over Ksh 25,000 to a stranded family unable to raise Mortuary fee for their 6 Month old baby who passed away at the Facility.
Favor wangui Ngatho the angel who only lived for six months was admitted at the hospital on 30th December last year where she was later taken to the Intensive care Unit at The Moi teaching and died of Pneumonia .
According to the Moi Teaching and referral Hospital Ceo Dr.Wilson Aruasa, Baby Favor Wangui spent 92,000 at the ICU for two days and part of the money was cleared by the National Hospital Insurance Fund while a balance of 25,081 has since been credited by the Hospital to allow the family proceed with the Burial arrangements set for Today Thursday.
Jackyne Ngatho and the father Simon Ngatho parents to baby Favor were on Thursday overjoyed when the Ceo intervened in their dilemma after spending hours at the Mortuary unable to raise Mortuary fees to proceed with the Burial arrangements .

“We have had a number of fundraising to aid her burial today Thursday ,but until 11:00am today friends and family could not raise the amount , we are grateful to the CEO Dr Aruasa who has waived the money needed for us to proceed with the Burial of our daughter”Said the sobbing mother.
Baby Favour has finally rested at The Kiplombe cemetery in Eldoret.
The Credit Central Committee at the Moi Teaching and Referral hospital aids families unable to clear hospital bills by approving credits and or engaging families on modes of payment.
