A section of youth petitioners are concerned about one Judy Chepchirchir who is the Director of First Choice Recruitment and Consultancy agency in Eldoret. She allegedly promises Kenyans better prospects in studying and working programs abroad.
Many parents and youth have fallen prey to this devious tactic and end up selling their lands, assets and even have fundraising events to secure enough money but all their efforts end up in a bottomless pit.
The youth have tried reaching out to the relevant institutions such as the DCI Eldoret and County Commissioner’s Office in vain.
Judy allegedly brags that she is connected to the President himself or rather the Office of the President hence her capability to perpetuate her ills unperturbed.
In the year 2021 to 2022 Judy received 40,400 to 1.2M from unsuspecting Kenyans.During the Qatar Fifa World Cup 2022 over 7,000 youth drawn from the North Rift Counties are believed to have been swindled millions of shillings where youth paid between KES 40,400 to 200,000 per person in order to secure jobs in Qatar.
Judy is accused of issuing dubious receipts.The Commission on Insurance informed the Senate labor committee that the insurance travel covers issued by Judy were all altered and fake.

If it is true that Judy is attached to the Presidency, petitioners are humbly asking that it would be better to forego their quest for justice because no state institution will investigate the President.Said Kimutai Kirui a human rights activist with the Centre against Torture.
Kimutai Kirui the Lead petitioner in his open letter to President William Ruto states that his life and that of victims of the First Choice heist may be in danger.
Kimutai Kirui has urged the President to ensure that the Youth of Kenya and Uasin Gishu receive justice by allowing state institutions to finalize the ongoing probe against Judy.
