A police Officer arrested for car theft and obtaining money by false pretense

A police  officer  attached to security government building Uhuru camp unit in Nairobi  has  been arrested and  will be  aligned  at The  Makadara  law  court after  he was arrested  yesterday in connection with the theft of a Motor Vehicle  contrary to section 278 A of  the Penal Code

Officer number 2015081508/252791 will also face charges of obtaining money by false Pretense contrary to section 313 of the penal Code

His arrest was recommended by the office of the director of Public prosecution vide letter Ref No. ODPP/MAK/364
