148 Ikonge PAG Girls hospitalized

Ikonge PAG Girls secondary school in Nyamira county has faced a tragic experience after 148 of their students have been hospitalised at different health facilities after developing acute stomach pains.

Suspicion reveals that the students may have fallen ill after the consumption of contaminated water.

Clare Oyula, Nyamira North Sub-county education director and other ministry of education officials are currently recuperating at Ekerengo hospital.
