Uasingishu Governor warns business people engaged in the sale of illicit alcohol

Uasingishu Governor Jonathan Bii Chelilim has announced war against individuals involved in the manufacture and distribution of illicit alcohol.
Speaking during Mashujaa Day celebrations, Chelilim said his administration will not entertain individuals out to ruin the lives of locals through illegal alcohol.
Similar sentiments were shared by County Commissioner Dr. Eddyson Nyale who revealed that in partnership with the County Government, they have rolled out massive operations targeting illegal alcohol dens within the county.
The two leaders asked those involved in the illegal business to change their business before the long hand of Government gets hold of them.
The leaders have warned of withdrawing of the business operating licenses for those found engaging in the sale of illegal alcohol within their premises.
