Uasin Gishu County government exposed over disinformation!

The Uasin Gishu county government’s communication team has been blasted after one of the Governor’s Photographer uploaded Images of West Pokot tarmacked roads on their Facebook pages in what was purported to describe Eldoret’s urban mobility transformation by Governor Jonathan Bii’s administration ahead of the devolution conference.
However the images of the said tarmacked roads had earlier been uploaded by Kipchumba Mukromen, the Cabinet Secretary for Roads, Transport, and Public Works ,on his twitter handle, and five hours later the Uasin Gishu County governor’s press uploaded the same images on one of the face book pages.

The Uasin Gishu county government has been undertaking vigorous infrastructure projects in readiness for the 8th Annual Devolution conference slated between 15-19th August, however the Disinformation has left many of the residents aghast.
