Governor Bii accuses media and politicians over poor ranking by pollster!

Uasin Gishu County governor Jonathan Bii Thursday sharply defended his development performance for the last one year castigating pollster, Insights strategists solutions Africa for ranking him as the least performing Governor across the 47 counties.
Speaking while flagging off Early Childhood Education learning materials worth Ksh22M,the governor elaborated some of the achievements already realized by his Administration Under the Nguzo Kumi Manifesto,
“as a county we managed to have hosted the 8th devolution conference that attracted dignitaries from across the globe ,we cannot have pulled such a big event and yet be ranked number 47/47”Said the governor.
The County Boss has accused former governor aspirants for his woes and the media for the continued negative publicity and his dismal performance in the latest ranking of Governors by the Poll body.
The governor has implored upon residents of Uasin Gishu to disregard the Poll results saying it did not paint a true picture of his development record.
“Eldoret town will soon be conferred a city status after the latest Senate approval, Eldoret will be full of investment opportunities “Stated the County boss.
The infuriated Governor has further accused some of the pollsters of corruption in place of a favorable ranking,
“we must speak the truth ,some of the pollsters demand some money in order to be ranked fairly, I will not bribe any pollster let them rank me in whatever position they want ,we will remain committed to our development agenda for our people ‘Kazi bila kalele’ “Affirmed Governor Bii.
A survey conducted by The Insights strategists solutions Africa between 24th and 26th August this year across the 47 counties ranked ranked Embu governor Cecily Mbarire as the best- performing governor in the last one year.
